Suresh is a first generation entrepreneur hailing from a Tier 3 City, Cuddalore, India. He is a technocrat specializing in product engineering with expertise in inference engines, constraints engine, rule-based computing and enterprise application architecture & middle-ware. He has applied for 3 US / WIPO patents. He has worked for celebrated global technology companies like Hewlett-Packard, Selectica.
Suresh held senior position, as Director of e-Insurance product division at Selectica, which was later acquired by Accenture. Worked for global client engagements at DELL, Vodafone, Unilever, etc. Has 15 years of industry experience. Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from ICFAI University, India. Suresh’s core expertise includes on the business side: Business Planning, Fund Raising, Technology Marketing, Establishing partner sales channels, product evangelist, Operations management.
Mani Doraisamy
Co-Founder & CTO
Mani holds an engineering degree from PSG College of Technology, India and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from ICFAI University, India. Prior to OrangeScape, he was the Technical Lead of Selectica Foundation Services, the technology platform for Selectica’s eInsurance product, which was later acquired by Accenture.
Mani is a hand-on technology architect with in-depth understanding of cutting edge technologies. He has led and built products ranging from integration middleware to rule engines for almost a decade. He is a regular speaker at academic institutions and an open source contributor. He believes strongly that innovation should transform both the customer and the provider to move up the value chain.
Ashish Bhagwat
Vice President
Ashish moved to OrangeScape after working with Wipro Technologies for nearly 10 years, where he was managing the BPM practice. He had been one of the instrumental drivers behind Wipro’s journey in BPM from inception of BPM CoE to one of the most mature practices with multi-million dollars of business across the globe. He also spearheaded BPM consulting and has created Business Process Management (BPM) solutions with BPM vendors and third party solutions providers for clients across various domains and geographies.
A graduate in Engineering and Business Management with experience of more than 13 years in IT industry, Ashish has interests in Leadership, Management, Consulting, and IT Strategies. He is one of the leading BPM practitioners with first hand experience in creating BPM strategies, methodologies, frameworks & solutions for global clients.
Dinesh Varadharajan
Director – Engineering (Dev Platform)
Currently managing the development platform of OrangeScape flagship product “OrangeScape Cloud”. Also part of the core development team which developed the enterprise application development platform ‘DimensioN’.
Dinesh finished Masters in Computer Applications before joining Selectica. In selectica, He was part of product development team developing eInsurance suite which was later acquired by accenture.
After 2 years in Selectica and after a brief stint in Verizon, he is with OrangeScape for 6 years now. Interested in exploring new ideas, reading books and experimenting gadgets.
Prasanna Rajendran
Director
Prasanna holds a master’s degree in computer science. Has more than a decade of IT experience. Started career as a developer and played various lead roles in Quality Assurance, Release Management, and Project Management. Executed various IT projects for customers like AstraZeneca, BNP Paribas, IGCAR (Unit under department of Atomic energy, India), etc.
Prasanna has his core expertise in service delivery and has an enriched functional knowledge in government vertical. He also manages relationship with partners like WIPRO and handles pre-sales activities.
Prasanna Jaganathan
Director
Prasanna has been with OrangeScape for more than 6 years where he started by writing rule engines for a living. He has written and built enterprise middleware and also personally delivered complex business applications for companies like Unilever and Citi. His Current responsibilities include designing and managing runtime(on-premise and cloud) technologies for deployment of applications built on OrangeScape.
Prasanna has worked in more than one startups before joining OrangeScape. He has a bachelor’s from P.S.G college of Technology and a Master’s from University of Southern California, both in Electrical Engineering.
